Know about WEBSITE FLOW

 REGISTRATION FLOW

  • Click on the Register button on top right of your screen
  • Create an account using your Email ID
  • Choose a distinct password, with a numeric digit

 LOGIN FLOW

  • Once registered, log in using your email id or username and enter your password
  • You can also use the 'Login via OTP' option - a one-time-password will be sent to your registered phone number
  • Users already registered on the old Trailwalker website can log in directly. However, use the reset your password/forgot password option to create a new password.

  FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? OR WISH TO RESET IT?

  • Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link besides the login button
  • Enter your registered Email ID (that you used for registering for the current event, or for last year’s trail) and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  • Follow the instructions on the linked page and enter your new password
  • You’re done! Log in with your new password and you should be back into your account

 PARTICIPATION FLOW

  • Select the city/edition (Mumbai-Pune or Bengaluru) and event (100km/50km) you want to participate in while registering
  • Once registered, fill the details of your team members. Upload a catchy photo on your team page.
  • Fill in all required details
  • If your team is representing an organisation, please enter the details of the organisation
  • Choose your payment option

 EDIT TEAM

  • The Admin of the team (Team Leader) can edit various elements of their team
  • After logging in, you can access the team dashboard, and make changes listed below:
  • Team Profile Picture
  • Cover Photo
  • Team Description
  • Add/Delete team members
  • Organisation Details
  • Personal Details
  • Various Blog links can be added by clicking on 'Add Blog'

 EDIT PROFILE

  • Team members can only edit limited elements of their profile
  • After logging in, you can access your personal dashboard to make changes

 DONATION FLOW

  • Click on the Donate Now button under the banner of each team or user. A three step process follows.
  • STEP 1: Select city, and decide if you want to donate for a team or a particular member
  • Select the team or the member you want to donate for
  • Enter the amount you want to donate. Do follow that up by adding a short inspirational message for team/member who are taking this challenge
  • Please mention the name for which Donation Certificate will be issued
  • STEP 2: Fill in personal details (if you are a donor) or confirm details which were automatically filled from your registration details (if you are a walker)
  • STEP 3: Select the payment option, and complete the payment process
  • Keep the Transaction ID handy for any further communication for this transaction
