1. What do I need to take care about during the online donation process?

The payment gateway is simple to use. However, it does not accept corporate credit cards, and you will not be able to make a donation if you use one.

Do not press the back button at any time during the entire process.

Lastly, please be ready with your card details and pin number as well as think of your password before entering the payment gateway to prevent the session from timing out.

Indian and Non-Resident Indian donors paying through any cards issued within India or abroad should scroll down and choose “Indian or NRI” and follow subsequent instructions.

Foreigners paying through international cards should scroll down to the bottom of the donation form and choose “only Foreign donors” and follow the instructions.

2. When will I receive my 80G certificate?

An 80G certificate will be sent to you within 7 working days after the transaction is successful. The certificate will be e-mailed to you on the email ID you give at the time of making the donation. Thus, be sure to check this ID for spelling errors before clicking the submit button while making the donation!

3) Why have I have not received my 80G certificate?

Please check the spam folder of your e-mail ID for any communication received from Oxfam India. Should you have not received the certificate from Oxfam India, you can to write us at friendsofoxfam@oxfamindia.org.

We advise you to use Visa credit cards for faster processing of payments. The payment gateway does not accept corporate, AMEX or NRE cards.
